ABSTRACT: Ukraine is currently undergoing an economic and social crisis that has been further deepened by the escalation of the conflict with Russia. The paper analyses the asistance proposal that represents a kind of Marshall Plan for Ukraine, through the prism of the original Marshall Plan and its impact on the post-war economic recovery of Western Europe.
